- Historically, 55% of our past Teaching Fellows have gone on to teach and 76% pursue education careers.
- Breakthrough partners with 20+ teacher training programs to help our teachers get jobs after the program.
Students are proven more likely to succeed in academics when teachers from similar backgrounds serve as relatable role models, and there is an urgent need for a pipeline of inspired teachers in our nation’s educational system. Our program contributes to this pipeline, while benefiting Breakthrough scholars through our unique “students teaching students” model.
